Agency in selling and buying real estates

We set the fee on a deal by deal basis, depending on a type of the contract to be signed. The value is fixed in amount and it is from 2.5% to 4% of the gross price of the real estate.

The fee is fixed in amount and is equal to 1 monthly rent in the case of agreements concluded for a period of at least 12 months.

In the case of management of single dwelling units, we charge an annual fee equal to a one-off rent payment.
